Since the establishment of JCB Logistics Ltd in Oct 2020, I have seen our business go through some significant changes and developments.
We originally began operations at the height of COVID at the Amazon depot in Deeside . With a scant knowledge of logistics , I quickly realised my comprehensive knowledge and experience in operational management would be principal and at the heart of our success and achievements.
With a strong operational team's support, we have evolved and expanded our services to put our drivers, customers and clients at the heart of everything we do. This customer and driver centric philosophy has never been more important than now.
I am committed to ensuring that alongside our commercial aims, we will continue to prioritize strong corporate safety, diversity and welfare standards for everyone at JCB Logistics Ltd.

Hello, my name is Fran, and I am the Operations Manager at JCB Logistics.
I joined the team in December 2022 and have witnessed significant growth and transformation within our operations. With many years of experience in the e-commerce industry, I bring a deep understanding of all aspects of the delivery business and act as the first point of contact for anything related to JCB Logistics.
